Terms of Service
Upon purchasing any art work or adoptable designs from the artist, the client is considered to have read and agreed to all the terms listed. By violating any of the terms repeatedly or committing a major personal offense to the artist may lead to permanent blacklisting . The client will no longer allowed to purchase or participate in any deals, giveaways, auction bidding in the future.The artist does not consent for any of their works to be listed and minted as NFTs or used for AI database training.All payments must be fulfilled within 24-48 hours upon notice of commission acceptance.
Uncommunicated delays in payment will lead to the commission slot being forfeited.
Payments are done through bank transfers, Wise, Ko-Fi listings or Stripe invoices.
Full refunds are only available if the artist has not started on the commission, otherwise only partial refunds are given only if the linework has not be completed.
Commission usage rights

| 1. The client is allowed to reprint or distribute the artwork to fit their needs, outside of marketing and distribution purposes. |
| For example; |
| Social media icon and header/banner use with proper credit |
| Non-commercial works such as personal singing covers |
| Personal desktop or phone wallpaper |
| Personal merch (for non-profit purposes) only. |
| 2. Do not modify the artist's works without permission. If it’s a minor modification, please contact the artist for it. Charges may apply if any major re-shading is required. |
| 3. The artist does not consent to any usage of their artworks and/or commissioned works to be minted as NFTs or AI learning/training. |
| COMMERCIAL WORKS |

| Same as what has been stated for personal commissions with the addition of; |
| 1. The artist will still retain partial rights to their commercial works. Such as, rights to reproduction/reprinting of their works and rights to showcase their works in their gallery with the client's agreement. |
| 2. Commercial prices will be x1.7 or x2.4 for marketing and distribution commercial use respectively. |
| Marketing Commercial Usage fees, +70% of quoted price. |
| Distribution Commercial Usage fees, +140% of quoted price. |
| 3. Marketing Commercial Usage includes; monetising, streaming or content use where no direct profits are made via the commissioned artwork(s). |
| Some examples, but not limited to; Twitch emotes, Stream overlays, Stream schedules, Screen changes/Stinger artworks (Be right Back, Starting Soon, Thanks for watching) |
| 4. Distribution Commercial Usage includes; non-exclusive distribution of the artwork(s) in physical or digital sales, merchandising and printing. |
| Some examples, but not limited to; Vtuber reference sheets, Vtuber models, Personal branding and/or logo(s), Commercial covers and/or original songs, Physical or digital merchandise (clothing, acrylic charms, bookmarks, prints, stickers, etc.) |
